Consultation Request

Insurance & Payment Information

We believe in providing clarity around the financial aspects of care so you can make informed decisions before beginning therapy.

Insurance

We currently accept Cigna and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield insurance plans. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by plan. You are responsible for contacting your insurance provider before your initial appointment to verify your behavioral health benefits, eligibility, copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, and any other applicable costs. Verification of benefits does not guarantee payment by your insurance company.

Private Pay & HSA Cards

Private-pay rates range from $125 to $200 per session, depending on the service provided. Your specific rate and payment arrangements will be discussed during the consultation process. HSA cards are accepted for eligible services. Payment is due at the beginning of each session. Clients are responsible for services not covered by insurance, as well as fees outlined in the practice's payment and cancellation policies.

Good Faith Estimate

Under federal law, individuals who do not have insurance or who choose not to use their insurance may be entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services. You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services or at any time during the process of establishing care. When required, an estimate will be provided within the applicable federal timeframe. The estimate outlines the expected charges for services and is not a guarantee of the final cost, as services or circumstances may chang. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate from a provider or facility, you may have the right to dispute the bill under the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process.
